1. Application Process
To apply for a franchise, you must complete the online application form available on our website. Please provide accurate and up-to-date information. We reserve the right to reject any application that contains false or misleading information.

2. Franchise Agreement
Upon approval of your application, you will be required to sign a Franchise Agreement. This agreement will outline the terms and conditions of the franchise, including but not limited to the franchise fee, obligations, and rights of both parties.

3. Franchise Fee
A franchise fee is payable upon signing the Franchise Agreement. The fee covers the initial setup, training, and ongoing support provided by NJJF Education Center. The exact amount will be communicated to you during the application process.

4. Training and Support
As a franchisee, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from NJJF Education Center. This includes assistance with setup, curriculum development, marketing strategies, and technical support. We are committed to helping you succeed in your franchise venture.

5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, and copyrighted material, associated with NJJF Education Center, remain the sole property of the company. As a franchisee, you are granted a limited license to use these materials solely for the purpose of operating the franchise. Any unauthorized use or modification of these materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Confidentiality
During the course of your franchise, you may gain access to confidential information about NJJF Education Center and its operations. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of this information and not disclose it to any third party without our prior written consent.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate the Franchise Agreement with written notice if the other party fails to fulfill its obligations. NJJF Education Center reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the franchisee engages in any illegal or unethical activities that may harm the reputation of the company.

8. Limitation of Liability
NJJF Education Center shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the operation of the franchise. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or any other financial loss.

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the franchise agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Barhi, Jharkhand,India.

10. Amendments
NJJF Education Center reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to regularly review the terms and conditions.
