At Nanjyoti Jan Jagran Foundation (NJJF) Education Center, we understand that sometimes circumstances may require you to cancel or seek a refund for our services. Please read our policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds.
If you wish to cancel your enrollment or booking with NJJF Education Center, you must notify us at least seven days before the scheduled start date of the course or service. Cancellations made within seven days of the start date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds may be issued for cancellations made within the specified time frame, minus any applicable cancellation fees. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. Please note that any transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the total refund amount.
